Police Patrol and contact number

The Birkirkara Police Station has taken over the responsibility for the Patrol and Rapid Response service within the Central Business District.

As part of the service, two police officers patrol the area from Monday to Friday, between 08:00h and 17:00h, with the aim of educating, enforcing, and supporting the community within the Central Business District, as may be necessary.

Funded by the Central Business District Foundation, the service has proved to be a huge success since its introduction as a pilot project in collaboration with the Qormi Police Station. Following feedback received and data analysis, it has now become a permanent service.

The Foundation has also made available a dedicated telephone number to reach the police officers on duty when necessary.
