Appeal to Operators within the Central Business District for Collaboration in Property and Soft Areas Embellishment
Dear Operator,
This is an initiative for your consideration. Let’s embellish our place of work together for the benefit of all.
The Foundation is continuously exploring innovative methods to upgrade the District to enhance the overall experience for all stakeholders, including property owners, operators, employees, suppliers, and customers. We cannot do it on our own.
The Board of Administrators has been diligently examining and discussing various strategies to improve and enhance the area.
One of the proposed options is to invite private landowners within the District to collaborate with the Central Business District Foundation (CBDF) to explore possible green interventions and initiatives that can embellish the perimeters of their plots. These enhancements could include, but are not limited to, the installation of green boundary walls, corridors of soil and shrubs, or other interventions tailored to individual properties.
The CBDF will be happy to discuss with your good selves how to best cooperate together to ensure that such embellishments can be implemented for the benefit of all. We therefore make an appeal to you to approach the CBDF and initiate discussions, without any prejudice, on the available options for the enhancement of your property. This initiative represents a unique opportunity for stakeholders to contribute to the improvement of their individual properties and the surrounding District, thereby creating mutual benefits for all involved.
