To support businesses in navigating administrative processes, the Foundation offers guidance on permits and regulatory requirements for operating within the district.

The CBDF employs two Community Police Officers dedicated to the Central Business District, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (excluding public holidays).

Over 3 years, CBDF has funded a project with Enemalta to overhaul street lighting to LED.
