You can easily apply for, pay, and download the following permits online through the portal:

• Placement of Skips
• Heavy Machinery
• Scaffolding and placement of materials
• Tower Cranes

Applications within CBD zones will be processed online by the CBD Foundation on behalf of the Birkirkara and Qormi Local Councils during office hours, from Monday to Friday between 08:00h and 16:00h.

N.B. During the month of August Permits will be processed between 8.00 and 13.00.
