We are happy to report that phases 2 & 3 of this project have reached their respective conclusions. Final ancillary works were carried out and the road build up concluded in affected roads such as Triq Giovanni Felice, Triq l-Intornjatur, Triq il-Birrerija & part of Triq il-Haddiema by the application of the Surface Asphalt Layer in Mid-September. Every possible measure was taken by the CBDF to mitigate the adverse effects of the works on the impacted operators. One critical mitigating measure was carrying out the majority of these works during the night so as to cause the least possible disruption to stakeholders of the CBD.
